The webinar will be presented by Johan Dedeckel from the IP law firm Calysta. Johan is a highly sought-after speaker and a qualified Benelux & EU Trademark & Design Attorney with over 25 years of experience. He specializes in the full lifecycle of IP rights – from creation and registration to monetization and enforcement- and is among others a lecturer at the Benelux Association for Trademark and Design Law (BMM) both for paralegals and trademark attorneys.

- General meeting and event – 24 June 2025
On June 24, 2025, we organized our annual seminar in collaboration with the Technovation Centre of AGC Glass Europe.
A very special thanks to Christophe Cornu who provided outstanding support throughout the event organization and exceeded all expectations.
Special appreciation goes to our outstanding speakers:
✨ Marie Rassart delivered a brilliant presentation on the complex and terrifying topic 😱 “Loss of rights and remedies”, with remarkable clarity and engagement – her interactive approach kept everyone captivated throughout.
✨ Adrien Lemoine (LL.M, Ir) Lemoine showcased the groundbreaking tool he developed, which will undoubtedly transform how we integrate artificial intelligence into our daily workflows.

- Annual General Meeting and Conference – Dutch Platform for Formalities Officers
On Tuesday 18 April 2023 our Dutch sister organisation is having their Annual General Meeting and Conference in Eindhoven.

- Annual meeting and Member event (PCT Procedures)
Meeting on the 16th of March at Janssen Pharmaceutica NV.
During this event, addressed specifically at IP paralegals, we will discuss the most recent developments in the PCT systems, followed by an in-depth discussion of specific topics of both the international and the national phase of the PCT procedure.

- EPAC (European Patent Administrators Certificate)
EPIPA has announced more details regarding the preparation of the European Examination for Formalities Officers, called EPAC (European Patent Administrators Certificate). A support group with representatives from EPO, EPI and EPIPA will be set up shortly. The goal is having the first exam take place in the autumn of 2022 by means of the online tool called WISEflow. The latter has been used before at the official exam for becoming a Certified Formalities Officer organized by the Dutch Platform.
